For sale TBM microtunnel machine from HAZEMAG GmbH. Model BM 86S. Year 1998. The equipment did not work much. It is in excellent condition. However, it must be running.
The model is based on the vacuum system with simultaneous feeding of the scrubber.
Specification:
1. TBM machine with a roller-controlled head. Diameter basic Ø860 and additional discs Ø960 2pcs and Ø1170mm
2. Additional overlays Ø960 kpl. and Ø1170mm kpl.
3. Push station
4. Intermediate station
5. Scrubber station with a mixer
6. Laser navigation
7. Container I equipped with a unit with a SCANIA 6 cyl engine. with a vackuum pump
8. Container II equipped with a hydraulic aggregate as well as a current generator with SCANIA 6 cyl engine. The container also has a wheelhouse.
9. Separation tank 2 pcs
10. Pipes Ø160mm for removing spoil of about 150m in sections of 2m (5 baskets)
11. Flexible wires Ø180, about 35m
12. Overhead crane 50kN
