Rolling Vehicle Engine running but to be overhauled Engine running: The compressor in the refrigeration unit makes a lot of noise and needs to be replaced. Glow plugs need to be replaced. Presence of damage to the interior and exterior of the vehicle. SEE PJ REPORT

Withdrawal procedures
